Do you have an big event coming up at work? Have you suffered a New Year's Resolution relapse? Did you miss a deadline, or fear you will? None of these things will kill you. But, it turns out the worry they cause you just might. Instead of worrying, do nothing for at least 10 minutes and then observe how you feel. I was reminded of the importance and power of doing nothing from a recent TED Talks video.
