As a former office space manager and marketing professional, I understand the challenges people have from working long hours at the desk.  I truly loved my former jobs and know long hours can be rewarding. But, I also found they took a major toll on my body.  

Guess what! Our jobs aren't the enemy - being stagnant is.  With a little bit of yoga, meditation and fitness support our ability to perform well at work goes through the roof!

Merging my experience from the 9-5 grind with my current role as a wellness provider and fitness professional I offer comprehensive programs customized for each corporate client.  Yoga, Fitness and Mindfulness Classes in the workplace help:
  • reduce and relieve tension from sitting at the desk
  • focus on common pain areas such as shoulders, back, and carpal tunnel, tight hamstrings and hipflexors, and low back pain.
  • create a healthy environment to ensure  you have creative, happy and connected teams
